Frequently asked questions
How much does an online store cost?
An online store starts at 20,000 MDL. The price depends mostly on the number of products, on integrations (payment, delivery, stock) and on special pricing rules. You get the final quote in writing.
Some products can only be picked up. Is that possible?
Yes. For a solar equipment store we recommended switching the whole order to pickup whenever such a product is in the cart, with a short explanation at checkout, so customers don't hit a dead end after paying.
Which platform do you use?
It depends on the need: WooCommerce for stores that want a familiar, easy-to-manage system, or a custom build when the business rules don't fit a standard platform.
My store was hacked. Can you help?
Yes, including stores built by someone else. For a hacked WooCommerce store we stepped in in the middle of the night: found what the attacker had compromised, regained access, removed the backdoor and got the store back on its feet. Then came a full audit and backups an attacker cannot delete.
