This policy explains what personal data Mane Dev S.R.L. ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website and how it is used.

Who we are

Mane Dev S.R.L. is a software development studio registered in the Republic of Moldova, based in Chișinău. You can contact us at hello@manedev.md.

What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, your phone number and/or email address, optionally your company name, the service and budget range you select, and your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is processed by Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, and delivered to our inbox. We do not store your message in any database. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf; their privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Direct contact

If you contact us by phone, email or a messaging app (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber), we receive the details you choose to share through that service, which processes them under its own privacy policy.

Booking

If you use the booking button, you are interacting with Cal.com's booking service embedded on this page. Any data you enter (name, email, selected time) is collected and processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy (cal.com/privacy). We receive your booking details by email.

Traffic statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors: visits are grouped using a short-lived anonymous identifier.

3D graphics

On larger screens, the homepage loads an interactive 3D scene from Spline (spline.design). Your browser fetches the scene files from Spline's servers and supporting files from unpkg.com, which therefore receive the technical data of any web request, such as your IP address. No cookies are set, and we receive no data from these providers.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not use Meta Pixel or similar tools, and we do not build visitor profiles. Google Analytics is only loaded if you explicitly opt in through cookie settings.

Legal basis

We process contact form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Your rights

Under Moldova's Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@manedev.md. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, and no longer than 2 years unless there is an ongoing engagement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our services or practices change. The date above reflects the latest revision. We will not retroactively change how previously collected data is used.
