This policy explains what personal data Mane Dev S.R.L. ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website and how it is used.

Who we are

Mane Dev S.R.L. is a software development studio registered in the Republic of Moldova. You can contact us at hello@manedev.md.

What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optionally your company name, and your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is processed by Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, and delivered to our inbox. We do not store your message in any database. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf; their privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Booking

If you use the "Book a Call" button, you are interacting with Cal.com's booking service embedded on this page. Any data you enter (name, email, selected time) is collected and processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy, available at cal.com/privacy. We receive your booking details by email.

3D graphics

This website uses Spline (spline.design) to render interactive 3D graphics. When you visit pages containing 3D content, your browser fetches scene assets from Spline's CDN servers. No cookies are set and no personal data is collected by this interaction.

What data we do not collect

By default, we do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking. If you explicitly opt in via cookie settings, we enable Google Analytics with anonymized IP addresses for aggregate page-traffic measurement. We do not use Meta Pixel or any equivalent advertising tool. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated). If you prefer, you may request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing us directly.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Moldova's Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@manedev.md. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as is necessary to manage the business relationship, and no longer than 2 years unless there is an ongoing engagement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our stack or practices change. The "last updated" date above will reflect any revision. We will not retroactively change how previously collected data is used.
