The situation
A company with about 50 staff, the official distributor of several international equipment brands. The website looked fine but didn't work: it took 22–30 seconds to load, the company's emails went to spam, the forms filled up with fake submissions, and nobody could say how many customers the site brought in.
What we did
Speed
Network analysis traced the 22–30 seconds to a single dead third-party script and removed it. Pages now load normally.
Email
The company's emails were going to spam and some incoming client mail was misfiled. We fixed the mail authentication setup and the spam filter settings.
Catalog
We rebuilt one brand's catalog against the manufacturer's 2026 price list: prices fixed, discontinued models removed, new ones added, in both languages.
Forms
Bots were flooding the contact forms with fake submissions, which made the lead numbers unreliable. We designed the filtering to stop it.
Tracking
We set up Google Analytics 4 for phone clicks and form activity, so the company can measure what the website brings in instead of guessing.
A redesign without losses
The site was redesigned while keeping its existing Google rankings. Enquiries started arriving from the site soon after launch.
Data protection
We cover the digital side of compliance with Law 195/2024: the privacy policy, the cookie banner, how customer data moves through the business, and the agreements with suppliers who process it.
Result
A website that is slow, invisible on Google or full of fake enquiries loses customers, and nobody notices. Now the site brings in enquiries and the company can measure them. We stay on to keep it that way, because hosting, search results and regulations keep changing.
